What brings people to therapy?
People choose to see a therapist because they are experiencing emotional pain that may be hard to manage.
The causes of this are unique for each person. The therapeutic relationship can be a vital tool for working their way through very difficult feelings, mind states and circumstances.
I am trained to work in an integrative way so I can offer a wide range of counselling approaches to support my clients.
I work holistically - feelings, thoughts,senses, physicality,family history, culture, spirituality can influence our every moment and exploring these arises naturally within sessions.
I can offer breathwork, mindfulness exercises and creative arts such as journaling, sand box, movement and voice if this may be helpful.
